Motor test bench measurement

As a service we provide a reproducible test environment were we are able to measure electric motors (e.g. PMSM, DC, BLDC, ASM).

We provide the following functions:

  • Dynamic testing
  • Parameter identification
  • Regenerative testing
  • Long term cycle testing
  • Motor analysis

Ranges

  • 250 Nm and 4000 rpm
  • 100 Nm and 800 rpm (max 5 kW)

Types of electric motors:

  • Permanent-magnet synchronous motor (PMSM)
  • Induction motor or asynchronous motor (ASM)
  • Direct current (DC), Brushless DC (BLDC)
